ZURI is a female Poodle/shih tzu mix about 17 lbs and about 3 yrs old. She is an energetic girl who loves to go outside and run and play. She is good with other dogs and is housebroken. ZURI is skittish when first meeting people. She is especially afraid of men and will bark aggressively at them if they are standing up. The best way to greet her is to come down to her level and to let her sniff you. She will let you know when she is ready to be petted. Once she has accepted you, she will snuggle and love you. Because of her skittishness, we would recommend a home without small children who might startle ZURI. Men in the home would need patience for her to come around to trusting them.
